Who Are My readers? - Ask AI. Comical Poem 862 by Angela Lansbury

I'm glad to see my readers grow

Numbers of readers, glad to know

What do I do right? Wonder why

I know - I shall ask AI!

Bad news, I do not have a lot

Most of my reader are just bots

But my poems are a success

I've got lots more bots, and not less.

Oops, obviously not less but fewer

Grammarly will correct my grammar

So, why waste - precious hours on this?

Will AI write posts quickly, for a kiss?

Why Was He Running? Comic poem number 427 by Angela Lansbury

 He was running, running, running

I stared - he was not one of us

Why was he running, urgently?

I see, he's running for a bus ,,,

I stopped, watched, 'cos if he'd missed it

I would have sighed and felt quite sad

But that's wonderful, he caught it

He's just a stranger, but I'm glad

Sometimes when its a rainy day

I'm sad, no reason, in a tiz

But today I'm feeling happy

Sometimes that's just the way it is

I enjoy the warmth of sunshine

I wear a pretty summer dress

A stranger's joy is now made mine

I share a stranger's small success

Sweetheart, the moral 's quite simple

If you are caring, wait awhile

Sorrows and worries fade away

When you share someone else''s smile.

What Is Love by Angela Lansbury Comic poem 174

Love is saying, I love you dear

I'm always right, you're always wrong

You spend too much, the money's gone

I may be mad, it may look sad

Daft, not all bad, 'cos aren't you glad

That I'm still here, I love you dear.

Never neglect to say goodbye

I say hello, later goodbye
I know that you will ask me why

Never neglect to say hello
Never neglect to say goodbye
That way you never lose a friend
Start well and that's how you should end

A friend will be there when you laugh
And therefore stay there when you cry
Make sure you always count two smiles
To compensate for when you sigh

One day, tomorrow you will die
So never forget to say goodbye.

Then when you reach the pearly gate
I guarantee you won't long wait
But you'll see friends you used to know
And they'll be glad to say hello.
