What You Gain On The Train comical poem 796 by Angela Lansbury

Here's the train, your handy train

Scenic in sunshine, shelter in rain

When it's on time we can't complain

Into the city, safe home again

It's nearly always quicker by train

Than, walking, biking or hiking again

You hear it coming, 'though dreadful noise

Seeing trains brings family joys
